London’s Heathrow Airport is one of the world’s most dynamic travel hubs and helps more people to get more places than any other airport in Europe. We are home to over ninety airlines, from British Airways to Air New Zealand, serving over 180 destinations.
By providing passengers with frequent and direct connections, millions of people rely on us every day to visit friends, take holidays, reunite families or simply get their business done. As such, Heathrow is one of the few places where the world meets – and in today’s global economy, our success is Britain’s success.
As Britain’s only hub airport, to stay successful we need passengers to keep choosing Heathrow. This means continuously giving them an experience that reinforces their belief that we’re best placed to get them where they want to be. Our ambition is to become the European hub airport of choice, by making every passenger’s journey better than the previous one. We are moving towards this goal by investing in customer service and in new facilities.
So together with our airlines, suppliers and other business partners we are working continuously to improve, and in some cases transform, services and facilities at Heathrow. www.heathrowairport.com

Wearefield is a company founded on one simple idea – that an organisation’s reputation is the most important asset it has. You can change your products, you can change your staff and you can even change your name. But your reputation is deeper and more meaningful than all of those things, shifting only with time, effort and persistence. Yet your reputation is also fragile, taking years to build but capable of being lost in an instant. So it should be carefully, thoughtfully and strategically nurtured; as well as being robustly defended from attack. Wearefield exists to help you build the fragile asset of your reputation, promoting it confidently and defending it firmly.
