2016 events:

Old Oak and Park Royal – November 1 2016

Park Royal has a unique  opportunity on the horizon with the  advent of the HS2/Crossrail interchange at Old Oak. Not only that but the arrival of the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation (OPDC), puts Europe’s largest industrial park at the centre of the UK’s biggest regeneration project.

This brings with it the chance  to transform the physical and business environment tangibly, whilst generating thousands more jobs in the process.  The intended intensification on Park Royal aspires to add 10,000 new jobs to the tens of thousands already there.

Our event gavebusinesses and other local stakeholders the chance to engage with OPDC and their current plans.

Place West London Dinner – 4 May, Hurlingham Club

The Place West London Dinner is one of the best networking events in the region. Every year our sponsors and supporters come together to meet in the informal but beautiful surroundings of the Hurlingham Club in Fulham to discuss economic development in the sub-region and network. You can join them either by buying an individual ticket, or taking a table to entertain guests.

This year, the dinner was on the eve of London’s Mayoral election, and we took the opportunity to have a pre-dinner discussion entitled “My Vision for West London: what we need from the next Mayor”. A pre-selected panel gave their opinions, and we collected input from many of the other guests.
